A support contract gives you higher priority than non-contract clients, along with guaranteed response times for remote or on-site intervention. Each contract is tailored to your needs — like a managed IT services agreement — and can cover your servers (physical, virtual or cloud), your workstations, and your network equipment (switches, routers and firewalls).

What your contract covers

The scope is agreed with you when the contract is drawn up, based on your existing infrastructure. It can cover all or part of the following:

• Windows Server machines, physical or virtualized
• Servers and environments hosted on the Azure cloud
• Workstations and connected peripherals
• Switches, routers, firewalls and business-grade WiFi networks
• Remote access and VPNs
• Microsoft 365 accounts and licenses, which Landvart manages without charging any maintenance fees

How an intervention works

You report the incident and we take it on remotely as soon as possible. When the problem cannot be solved remotely, we come on site, in Paris and across the Île-de-France region. We diagnose the fault, repair or replace the faulty component, then confirm with you that everything is back to normal. Clients under contract get higher priority and a guaranteed response time, set out in the contract.

Alongside incident handling, we take care of the day-to-day upkeep of your estate: installing updates, monitoring the condition of your equipment and providing helpdesk support to your users.
