What we analyze

The audit covers your entire Microsoft environment, from the workstation through to hosted services:

• Workstations: configuration, installed versions, condition of the estate
• Windows Server machines, physical or virtualized
• Active Directory: accounts, groups and access rights
• Azure environments and hosted resources
• Microsoft 365 licenses: which subscriptions you pay for and how they are actually used
• SharePoint portals and file shares
• Network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi and remote access

How the audit works

We start with a conversation about your organization, how your teams work and the difficulties you run into day to day. We then survey your environment technically, on site or remotely depending on the access available. The findings are analyzed and consolidated into a report, which we walk you through so we can go over the conclusions and priorities together.

The report you receive

At the end of the audit, we deliver a full report:

• Financial summary: how to optimize costs and reduce your recurring spend
• Security: our recommendations to harden your systems

The report is yours to act on as you see fit. If you would rather we handled it, we can carry on with upgrading your network, maintaining your infrastructure or migrating your servers to the Azure cloud.
